摘要
本文介绍了以尿素包合法纯化红花籽油中亚油酸的方法。作者对多不饱和脂肪酸的制备及尿素包合法纯化其中亚油酸的工艺进行了研究,重点考察了溶液中尿素浓度(尿素/甲醇,w/v)、待富集混合物中亚油酸含量与尿素溶液的用量(w/v)之间的关系对富集效率的影响。结果表明,当尿素溶液浓度为1/5、尿素甲醇溶液用量与混合脂肪酸中亚油酸含量的比例为10.0,在-10℃保存24h后,所富集后亚油酸纯度可以提高到95.66%,回收率可以达到93.58%。
The separation and purification of linoleic acid from safflower oil via urea adduction fractionation is described in this paper. The authors study the technology of preparation of PUFA and purification of linoleic acid with urea adduction fractionation, and specially emphases on the effects of urea concentration (urea/methanol, w/v) and ratio of linoleic acid in mixture to urea solution volume (w/v). The results show that when the concentration of urea in methanol is 1/5, the ratio of solution to linoleic acid is 10.0 and after storage of 24 h at - 10℃ ,the purity of linoleic acid is up to 95.66%, and the recovery rate is 93.58%.
