摘要
应用电喷雾质谱(ESI-MS)和高效液相色谱(HPLC)等谱学手段研究phen-5,6-d ione与乙二胺、二胺基顺式丁烯二腈等物质的相互作用。研究发现,羰基和胺基将首先加成形成中间体,然后脱水形成双键。如果能形成共轭体系,将进一步脱氢形成稳定的稠环共轭化合物。
The interactions between phen-5,6-dione and ethyldiamine or cis-diaminomaleonitrile were studied via high performance liquid chromatography and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry respectively. The results show that the intermediate from the addition reaction between the carbonyl and amine groups formed first, it was further dehydrated to form the double bond. And if a conjugated system could be formed, the resulting intermediate would be dehydrogenated further into conjugated compounds of condensed nings.
