摘要 以探索合成N-9-吖啶基-α-氨基乙酸为基础,在优化条件下合成了其他9种具有代表性的N-9-吖啶基-α-氨基酸,产物均采用IR、1H NMR、旋光度和元素分析等测试技术进行结构表征。初步研究表明,目标化合物的光谱性质良好,可望作为生物分子或者金属离子分析的荧光探针。 On the basis of the successful synthesis of N-( 9-acridinyl ) glycine, other 9 new fluorescent reagents N-(9-acridinyl)-α-aminoacids were synthesized under the optimized conditions. All the compounds were characterized by IR, ^1H NMR and element analysis. The preliminary data suggest that these amino-acid derivatives might be employed as fluorescent probes for bio-molecules or reagents for fluorimetric analysis of metal ions.
