摘要
本文对20例新生儿窒息及18例健康新生儿采用七项肾功能测定,分别在生后第1、3及7天动态观察及比较其灵敏度来评估窒息后肾损害.20例窒息儿β2MG第3天开始升高,第7天明显增高,而尿β2MG、尿NAG及GAL第1天均明显高于对照组,第7天接近对照组(P>0.05)。本组以>均值±2SD为肾损害的标准,比较等1天各指标间灵敏度,以NAG及GAL为最灵敏,为100%,尿β2MG为70%,BUN及Cr灵敏度分别为25%及10%。因此尿NAG、GAL及尿β2MG能更早地反映肾损害。
Seven items renal functions were measured in 20 asphyxiated neonates and 18 normal neonates. Dynamic observation was respectivily done at 1st、3、 7 days and serlsitivity was compared in order to evaluate renal dysfunction in asphyxiated neonates. In 20 asphyxiated neonates blood β2-microglobulin was initially elevated at 3 days, markedly elevated at 7 days,but urinary β2-microglobulin、 NAG and GAL all elevated markedly at 1st day than that in normal. Compare of sensistivity showed that NAG and GAL were 100%, urinary β2-microglobulin was 70%, blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine were 25% and 10% respectively. The results indicated that urinary NAG. GAL and urinary β2-microglobulin can earlier reflected renal dysfunction.
