企业的人格化属性、企业与社会的契约关系共同决定了企业承担社会责任的必然性。企业社会责任是经济责任、法律责任和道德责任的三维统一体。树立可持续发展理念,主动打造商誉,强化政府监管,是企业承担社会责任的持续性动力机制。
The corporate must implement corporate social Responsibility (CSR) owing to the characters of personification and contractual relationship between corporate and society. The CSR composed of economic responsibility, logical responsibility and ethical responsibility. It was the idea of sustainable development, the reputation of the corporate and the government supervision that forming the power machine of implementing CSR.
