摘要 目的建立用HPLC测定大麦芽中麦黄酮的方法.方法采用色谱柱Spherigel C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水-四氢呋喃-甲酸(26:74:10:1),检测波长350 nm,体积流量1. 0 mL/min,进样量20 μL.结果麦黄酮在0.22~2.15 mg/L(r=0.999 8)峰面积与质量浓度呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率为97.4%,RSD为1.7%(n=9).结论该方法可用于大麦芽中麦黄酮的测定. Objective To develop an HPLC method for the quantitative analysis of tricin in Methods HPLC method was used. Analysis was performed on Spherigel C18 column (150 mm×4.6 μm) with acetonitrile-water-tetrahydrofuran-methanoic acid (26 : 74 : 10 : 1) as mobile phase. malt. mm, Thedetection wavelength was 350 nm, flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, and the analysic volumn was set at 20 μL. Results The calibration curve of tricin was linear in the range of 0.22-2.15 mg/L (r=0. 999 8). The average recovery rate Of tricin was 97.4% (RSD=1. 7%) (n=9). Conclusion The method can be used to determine tricin in raw malt quantitatively.
