摘要
本文在实验的基础上对磷石膏生产粉刷石膏的加工工艺进行了研究,提出了磷石膏加工工艺设计原则,优化了其配比和工艺条件。使用单掺无机矿物保水剂制备的粉刷石膏性能优于甲基纤维素保水剂,为粉刷石膏的研制提供了理论基础。
The process of producing building gypsum plaster with phosphogypsum was studied on the basis of experiments, The process design principle for processing phosphogypsum was proposed. The processing technological conditions and materials mixing ratio were optimized. The experimental results showed that the properties of building gypsum plaster prepared by using inorganic mineral water retention reagent were superior to those prepared by using methyl cellulose water retention reagent.
