摘要
采用补加活性单体的方法改性氟硅橡胶,以氟塑料微珠作为共混改性材料,并用短切碳纤维增强氟硅橡胶,对比研究了不同橡胶材料在人造海水老化条件下的耐寒性。结果表明,改性氟硅橡胶的力学性能提高,且具有优良的耐寒性。
Fluorinated silicone rubber has high-class freeze resistance, but its tensile strength and elongation at break are lower than other rubbers . In this paper, fluorinated silicone rubber is modified according to the following steps. Firstly, reactive monomer is mixed in the system. Secondly, fluorinated silicone rubber is milled with fluoroplastic microspheres (mean particle size 6 μm, specific surface area 10 m^2/g), fluoroplastic microsphere is treated by activating solution before use. Thirdly, shorted carbon fiber (mean length 5 - 10 mm) is blended in the system.
