摘要
综述了近年来关于染料敏化太阳能电池制备的研究状况,详细介绍了国内外关于二氧化钛薄膜、反电极、染料和电解质的设计思路及制备情况,并讨论了制备方法对太阳能电池性能的影响.
This paper reviews recent development status of dye-sensitized solar cells in the world. The design and preparation status,including the TiO2 thin films, counter-electrode, dye and electrolyte, are introduced in detail. The influence of preparation method on the properties of solar cells is also discussed.
