摘要
目的探讨兔感染性心内膜炎不同时间血清降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)的测定值对早期诊断兔感染性心内膜炎的价值。方法采用心导管插入左心室加静脉注射细菌悬浮液法复制兔感染性心内膜炎动物模型,PCT采用免疫发光分析法进行检测,IL-6采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)进行测定。结果PCT、IL-6在感染性心内膜炎兔血清中明显升高,与同一时间对照组相比差异具有显著性意义(均P<0.01)。结论PCT、IL-6有可能作为对疑为感染性心内膜炎患者的辅助诊断指标并对感染性心内膜炎有早期诊断价值。
Objective To investigate the roles of serum procalcitonin and interleukin-6 determined on the different time points in the early diagnosis of rabbits＇ infective endocarditis （IE）. Methods Infective endocarditis was duplicated in rabbits by the method of inserting the cardiac catheter into left ventricle and injecting bacteria suspension into the vein. The serum PCT was measured by chemiluminescent immunoassay, and the serum interleukin-6 was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbentassay （ELISA）. Results Procalcitonin and interleukin-6 levels in experimental group were significantly higher than in the control group at the same time point （all P〈0.01）. Conclusion Procalcitonin and interleukin-6 may be a valuable additional diagnostic marker in patients with suspected IE and may be used as a value in the early diagnosis of IE.
