应用三维有限元建立下颌第一磨牙模型的生物力学特征 被引量:2

摘要 目的:建立下颌第一磨牙的三维有限元模型,为下颌第一磨牙的生物力学研究提供一个数字模型。方法:实验于2004-04/12完成。CT扫描在第四军医大学西京医院放射科进行,三维有限元模型的建立在西安理工大学理学院应用数学系实验室进行,样本取自第四军医大学口腔医院牙体科教学组。选取中国人标准形态的右侧下颌第一磨牙为样本,螺旋CT扫描正常下颌骨得到下颌第一磨牙的24副断层图像,将图像在计算机上进行处理得到下颌第一磨牙的三维有限元模型。结果:建立的有限元模型包括牙齿、牙槽骨、牙周膜在内,共4862个节点,4051个单元。结论:该模型可满足对该下颌第一磨牙进行牙体修复时的各种力学分析。 AIM: To construct a mandibular first molar model by using threedimensional finite element, so as to provide a digital model for the biomechanical research of mandibular first molar. METHODS: The experiment was carried out between April and December 2004, and the CT scan was performed in the Department of Radiology, Xijing Hospital of the Fourth Military Medical University of Chinese PLA. The model of three-dimensional finite element was established in the laboratory of the Department of Applied Mathematics, School of Sciences, Xi'an University of Technology, and the samples were obtained from the teaching group of the Department of Tooth, the Fourth Military Medical University of Chinese PLA. The right mandibular first molar of Chinese standard form was taken as the samples. By spiral CT scan of the normal mandibula, 24 transection CT images of the mandibular first molar were obtained. The images were translated into a three-dimensional finite element model of the mandibular first molar by the computer.RESULTS: The three-dimensional finite element model including the molar, the alveolus and the periodontium with 4 862 nodes and 4051 units were established. CONCLUSION: The established model can be used for all kinds of biomeehanieal analysis of the mandibular first molar of the dental operation.
