摘要
本文报告了偏食和过量氟化物对实验大鼠软骨基质成分胶原代谢的影响。过量NaF,引起大鼠肋软骨基质中可溶性胶原、胶原α_1(Ⅱ)链的分子量、软骨组织中单胺氧化酶活性均明显降低,尿中羟脯氨酸排泄量增加。单纯偏食对上述指标无明显影响,偏食同时给予过量NaF,则上述指标出现明显变化,表明在氟中毒发生发展过程中营养因素十分重要。提示避免偏食或增加营养会降低氟的毒性作用。
The effects of monotonous diet and over-fluoride diet on collagen metabolism in rat was studied and the result showed that the collagen content in costicartilage matrix, the molecular weight of type Ⅱcollagen αl chain in costicarilage matrix and the activity of monoamine oxides that relate with the cross-linking of collagen molecular in costicatilage tissue significantly decreased , the amount of hydroxyproline, which reflect the catabolism of collagen . in 24-h urine of rat of experimental group significantly increased.
