摘要
为探讨高压氧(HBO)治疗缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)时高压氧对脑病理改变的影响及是否会产生毒副作用而进行了动物实验。58只新生Wistar大鼠做成HIE模型,采用纯氧加压至170或200kPa(1kPa=7.5mmHg),每天1次,连续7天的HBO治疗;另有36只作为HIE对照和33只正常对照。3组分别做了脑、肺、眼等器官的大体和显微镜检查,肺顺应性及肺灌洗液蛋白定量测定。结果HBO组在大脑坏死、软化、空洞形成及脑萎缩等方面的发生率及程度与HIE组相比,差异均无显著意义(P>0.05)。提示,采用以上方法,HBO治疗新生大鼠HIE基本无效,也未引起肺。
