摘要
对振动光饰机的受力和运动进行理论分析。阐述了激振力、激振力短与激振器位置的关系。说明了两偏心块的夹角对激振力和激振力矩的影响。从而对正确设计、调整立式振动光饰机提供了理论依据。附图4幅,表8个。
The acting force and motion of vibratile tumbling machine are analysed theoretically. The relation between shock force, shock moment and position of shock device are discussed. The influence of eccentric block inc-luded angle on shock force and shock moment are explained. A theoretical basis for correct design and adjustment of vertical vibratile tumbling machines is also offered in this paper.
