摘要
胜利油田已进入高含水采油期,原油综合含水率越来越高,采出水量成倍增长,且采出水属高矿化度强腐蚀性水,矿化度一般为(0.6~5)×104mg/L。如辛三站污水矿化度高达48×104mg/L,氯离子含量达3×104mg/L。因而广利污水站投产两个月管道就出现腐蚀穿孔,平均每四天就有一处穿孔。广利、辛三两座污水站采用玻璃钢管道后腐蚀穿孔得到缓解。现河污水站的污水矿化度高达3×104mg/L,采用钢管投产后3个月穿孔,运行1年不得不停产;而改换玻璃钢管后运行2年仍无穿孔。玻璃钢管具有耐腐蚀性强、水力特性好、重量轻、使用寿命长等特点。
Sengli oilfield has entered the high water cut production period- The water cut in crude becomes higher and higher and produced water has doubled and doubled. The produced water is high mineralization and strong corrosive water, generally its mineralization is (0. 6 ~ 5 ) × 104mg/L. For example,in Sinsan station the mineralization of sewage is high as 4.8 × 104mg/L and the chloric ion content reaches 3 × 104mg/L. Thesefore, piercing tookplace on Guangli sewage treament station in 2 months of its putting into operation. Average one piercing occurs every 4 days- After applying the glass fibre rein forced plastic pipelines in Guangli and Xingsan sewage treatment stations,the corrosive piercing has been slowed down. The mineralization in Xianhe sewage treatment station reached 3 ×104mg/L. After putting into operation 3 months,steel pipe piercing occured and had to stop operation in less than a year- But after changing into glass fibre reinforced plastic pipeline and after operation more than 2 years,there is still no piercing occures. Glass fibre reinforced plastic pipeline has the strong points sush as,strong in corrosionresistance, good in hydraulic characteristic, light weight and long service time etc.
