摘要
目的:血管紧张素Ⅱ除经典的作用外,还作为一个多效因生长因子可影响细胞的增殖、凋亡和分化,参与正常皮肤组织的自我更新和损伤修复。阐述血管紧张素Ⅱ1型和2型受体的生物学特性以及在皮肤组织损伤修复中的作用。资料来源:应用计算机检索PubMed1990-01/2005-01血管紧张素Ⅱ与皮肤组织损伤修复的相关文献,检索词为“AngiotensinⅡ,skin”,限定文章语言种类为英语;计算机检索CNKI1995-01/2004-05有关血管紧张素Ⅱ与组织损伤修复的文章,限定文章语言种类为中文。资料选择:对约350篇文献资料进行初审,纳入标准:①研究血管紧张素Ⅱ生物学特性及其在组织损伤修复中作用和机制的文献。②不排除是否为随机、对照和盲法等论证推荐的文章。排除标准:Meta分析类文章、综述类文献及重复研究。资料提炼:共收集到80余篇关于血管紧张素Ⅱ生物学特性及其与组织损伤修复,特别是与皮肤损伤修复相关的文章。其中研究内容相似的,以近5年内发表在较权威杂志者优先。对符合标准的25篇文献进行分析。资料综合:血管紧张素Ⅱ生物学特性的研究主要来源于皮肤以外组织器官,尽管血管紧张素Ⅱ与心、脑、肾、血管损伤修复及相关疾病发病关系的文章较多,然而血管紧张素Ⅱ与皮肤损伤修复关系的研究作为一个崭新的领域正受到关注。试验证据来源于细胞培养、动物、人体。结论:血管紧张素Ⅱ将作为一个激素和局部多效应生长因子影响皮肤自我更新和损伤修复,深入认识其在皮肤损伤修复中的作用和机制,有助于进一步深入理解创伤愈合的分子机制,并为治疗难愈创面和瘢痕提供新的思路。
OBJECTIVE: Angiotensin Ⅱ, except typical roles, can serve as a multieffect growth factor to affect the proliferation, necrosis and differentiation of cells, and participate in the self-repair of normal skin and injury repair, In the present study, we clarified the biological characteristics of types 1 and 2 Angiotensin Ⅱ and their roles in the repair of skin injury, DATA SOURCES: Pubmed was searched with computer for English articles about angiotensin Ⅱ and repair of skin injury published between January 1990 and January 2005 by using keywords “Angiotensin Ⅱ, skin”. Meanwhile, a computer-aided search of CNKI was carried out for the relevant Chinese articles published between January 1995 and May 2005. STUDY SELECTION: About 350 articles were selected firstly. The articles wero eligible and enrolled, if they were about biological characteristics of angiotensin Ⅱ and the role and mechanism in repair of skin injury and were randomized, controlled and blind studies. Articles about Meta analysis, review and repetitive studies were excluded. DATA EXTRACTION: Totally 80 articles related to biological characteristics of angiotensin Ⅱ and repair of skin injury, especially those related to the latter. Articles with similar content and published in authoritative journals in the past five years were enrolled firstly. Only 25 articles accorded with the criteria and were analyzed. DATA SYNTHESIS: Most researches on biological characteristics of angiotensin Ⅱ are associated with organs except skin tissue. Researches on angiotensin Ⅱ and repair of injured skin tissue, as a new investigation, obtain more and more attention, though there are many articles about angiotensin Ⅱ and injury repair of beart, brain, kidney, blood vessels and related disease onset. Trial evidences come from cell culture, animals and human body. CONCLUSION: Angiotensin Ⅱ, as a hormone and local multi-effect growth factor, influences the self-repair of skin and repair of injury skin tissue, h is beneficial to the further study on the molecular mechanism of wound healing and providing new ideas for treatment of refractory wound and scar through investigating the role and mechanism of angiotensin Ⅱ in skin repair.
