气缸低速运动摩擦力模型的研究 被引量:14

摘要 对气缸摩擦力进行了全面和深入的分析,通过仿真模拟和实验拟合,提出了符合气缸低速运动摩擦特性的模型———指数函数模型。结果表明,采用该摩擦力模型,气缸运动的仿真模型精度更高,能够更好地描述气缸低速运动过程,对于气缸优化设计和气缸正常使用具有参考价值。 Friction force is an important factor affecting cylinder' s low speed stability. It is apt to cause stick - slip vibration, which limits the ability to achieve steady motion. An all- round and further analysis of the friction force of cylinder was made. Then an exponential function model according to the friction characteristics of cylinder in low - speed was proposed through simulation and experiment fitting. The result shows that with the mentioned friction force model, the higher accuracy of simulation model of air cylinder motion is obtained and the practical motion of air cylinder can be described better. It has great reference value for optimum design and normal use of cylinder.
