摘要
“科教兴村”计划的实施是一个庞大的系统工程,农民教育是其重要的子工程。但是,我国的农民教育仍然处在探索阶段,如何搞好农民教育,国外有成功的经验可借鉴。国外农民教育的发展,在提高国家农民素质,推动社会现代化层次,促进社会可持续发展,起到重要的作用。本文通过对国外农民教育发展历史的考察,归纳概括出其主要的特点,并进行综合的比较分析,旨在对社会转型时期,我国农民教育的发展有所借鉴,对我国“科教兴村”计划的实施有所启示。
The plan of revitalizing villages through science and education is a huge systematic project, of which peasant education is one important part. However, peasant education is still at the tentative stage in our country, successful experiences in other countries can be reference for peasant education in our country. The development of peasant education in other countries plays an important role in improving the quality of their Peasants, enhancing social modernization, and prompting social sustainable development. This thesis investigates the history of development of peasant education in other countries, generalizes its main characteristics, make comprehensive and comparative analyses, in order to provide references for peasant education in our country during social transition and for the implementation of revitalizing villages through science and education in our country.
