摘要
采用微波辐射技术,建立了酸性大红染料废水的处理工艺,以颗粒活性炭为催化剂,考察了活性炭用量,微波辐射功率,微波辐射时间等因素对处理效果的影响。结果表明,2g活性炭处理50mL的浓度为50mg.L-1的溶液时,在微波炉功率为高火(800W),反应时间6min时,可以得到最佳的去除率效果。
The microwave irradiation(MI) process has been developed to treat wastewater of acid red production. The granular activated carbon(GAC) is used as catalyst, The effective factors such as the amount and MI power, acting time . The optimum conditions are as follows:when 50mL(50mg· L^-1) wastewater is treated, microwave radiant intensity 800W and irradiation time 6 min, the effect is the best .
