摘要 试验对15头云南瘤牛进行了肉用性能的研究。供试牛只平均年龄3.5±0.5岁。去势公牛宰前活重2780±385kg,胴体重138.80±18.12kg,净肉重109.79±9.81kg;屠宰率50.05±2.08%,净肉率39.57±1.38%,眼肌面积53.91±13.22cm ̄2,公牛宰前活重324.5±285kg、胴体重165.91±1629kg、净肉重130.05±15.55kg、屠宰率为5108±153%,净肉率39.97±1.29%,眼肌面积76.07±3.6cm ̄2.结果表明:云南瘤牛在放牧条件下已具有较好的产肉性能和良好的肉质品质,是一优良的肉役兼用型牛种。 In this research,the meat perfon11ance of non-fatten Yunnan Bos indicuswas determined.The average age of experimentai cattle was 3.5±0.5 Years old.Theslaughter weight,Carcass,meat weight,dressing percentage,meat percentage andloin-eve area of the castrated bull and bull were respectively 278.0±38.5 kg,324.4±28.5 kg,138.8± 18.12kg,165.91±16.29kg,109.19± 9.81 kg,13005±15.55kg,50.05±2.08%,51.08±1.53%,39.57±1.38%,39.97 ±1.29%,53.91±13.22 cm 276.07±3.5 cm2.The results indicate that Yunnan Bos indicus have good meat perform-ance and meat quality on the condition of natural grazing.It is a good meat一draughttype local cattle breed.
