摘要
[目的]探讨剪切应力在血栓性疾病中诱导血小板活化的机制.[方法]采用Fura-2/AM法检测不同剪切应力下的血小板内钙离子浓度,观察其变化.[结果]未受剪切应力作用时血小板内钙离子浓度为(29.88±8.89)nmol/L,在低及高剪切应力作用后钙离子浓度分别上升为(57.32±18.32)nmol/L 及(128.28±56.28)nmol/L,与未受剪切应力作用前相比较均有显著性差异.[结论]剪切应力诱导的血小板聚集与血小板内钙离子浓度的变化有相关性.
OBJECTIVE To investigate the mechanism of inducing platelet activation under shearing stress METHODS The concentration of calcuim ions under the diffical shering stress was dertermineded by Fura-2/AM method, and the changes of that were studied. RESULTS The concentration of calcium ions was (29.88 ± 8.89)nmol/L before being gived the shearing stress, and that was (57.32 ± 18.32)nmol/L under the low shearing stress, and that was (128.28 ± 56.28)nmol/L under high shearing stress. There had significant difference between the concentration of calcium ions between before and after being given shearing stress CONCL USION The platelet agglutination inducing by shear stress correlates with the change of concentration of calcuim ions in blood platelet
