摘要
通过对软件研发人员的人力资源特征及其频繁流动的原因的分析,提出符合软件研发人员特点的激励机制的构建思路:(1)树立“以人为本”的管理思想;(2)建立科学公平的工作绩效评价体系;(3)制定合理有效的薪酬激励机制;(4)加强软件研发人员的培训和深造;(5)实行人性化的弹性工作制度;(6)实施研发人员职业生涯发展计划;(7)建立企业发展的远景目标;(8)建设知识型企业文化。
Through an analysis of the human resources characteristics of software research and development personnel and the cause of their frequent transfer, the idea to set up an encouragement system in accordance with the software research and development personnel's characteristics is proposed as follows: (1) foster the management idea of people-first; (2) set up a scientific and fair appraisal system of the work results; (3) work out a reasonable and efficient encouragement system of salaries ang rewards; (4) strengthen the software research and development personnel's training and further study; (5) implement the humanized and flexible work regulations; (6) practise the research and development personnel's career development plan ; (7) set long-range goals for enterprise development; (8) develop a knowledge-type enterprise culture.
