摘要
根据几年的实践经验,比较了几种牌号HDDE树脂管材成型工艺对其环境应力开裂的影响,说明了冷却水温度、熔融温度、牵引速度等工艺条件变化所引起管材质量的变化。
On the basis of experiment of years, the influences of mould technology conditions of several HDPE grades on its environmental stresscracking were compared, the results showed that changing technology conditions such as temperature of cooling water, melt temperature, drawing velocity etc. could affect pipe quality.
