摘要
高等学校是一种典型的知识密集型组织,构建高校学习型组织是时代发展的需要,高校学习型组织的建立可促进知识创新和创造性人才培养,提升高校核心竞争力。本文介绍了学习型组织概念及其发展历程,提出高校如何构建学习型组织。
Colleges and universities are typical knowledge - intensive organizations. To build the learner - type organizations in the colleges and universities is necessitated by the development of times because it can promote innovation of knowledge and foster creative talents and raise the core competitiveness of colleges. This paper introduces the concept and developmental process of the learner - type organizations and discusses how to build the learner- type organizations in colleges and universities.
