摘要
本文介绍采用丙烯酸接枝PP(PP-g-AA)和用偶联剂处理云母的方法来制取PP/云母复合材料.所制复合材料的物理机械性能、热性能有显著提高.当云母用量为30%时,AA用量为2%,BPO用量为0.5%的复合材料,其综合性能最好.用硅烷作偶联剂较之钛酸酯作偶联剂效果显著.由本实验所制复合材料的熔体指数为3~4.3g/10min,拉伸强度35.5~38.5MPa,断裂伸长率20%~21%,弯曲强度53.5~61.1MPa.悬臂梁冲击强度47.4J/m.热变形温度133~139℃,其主要技术指标均已达到和超过同类产品水平,可做汽车用塑料材料,生产耐热刚性仪表板等.
The preparation of PP/mica composite by grafting acrylic onto PP and treating the mica with coupling agent is described in this paper. The physical mechanical and thermal properties of the prepared composite were improved obviously. When the mica adding amount was 30% ,AA 20% , and BPO 0. 5% , the overall properties of the composite were the best. As for the coupling agent, silane was much better than titanate. The melt index of the prepared composite was 3~4. 39/10 min, tensile strength 35- 5 - 38. 5 MPa,elongation at break 20~ 21%, bending strength 53. 5~61. 1 MPa, Izod impact strength 47. 4 J/m, heat distortion temperature 133~ 139℃,the essential technical index of the composite had come up to or surpassed the level of the product of same type at home,and the composite could be applied to the production of heat resistant and rigid dashboad of automotive.
