摘要
目的评估典必殊眼膏辅助泪道探通术治疗新生儿泪囊炎的效果。方法对接受泪道探通术的患儿进行随机、前瞻性对照研究。268例(304眼)患儿随访6个月～3年。结果典必殊眼膏辅助泪道探通术的有效率为93.4%,单纯接受泪道探通术的对照组的有效率为79.6%,二者差异有显著性(P<0.05)。两组的并发症发生率无差别(P<0.05)。结论典必殊眼膏辅助泪道探通术是一种有效而安全的治疗新生儿泪囊炎的方法。
Objective To evaluate curative effect of TobraDex ophthalmic ointment assisting probing of lacrimal duct in the treatment of patients with congenital dacryocystitis. Methods268 patients （306 eyes） with lacrimal duct probing were randomly divided into observed group treated with TobraDex and control group. Prospective control study was conducted. 266 patients （304 eyes） were followed up from 6 mn to 3 yr. Results The effective rate in the observed group was 93.4% , significantly higher than that in the control group（79.6% ） （ P 〈 0.05） . And there were no difference of frequency of complication（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions Prob- ing assisted with TobraDex ophthalmic ointment is effective and safe in the treatment of congenital dacryocystitis.
