摘要 本文对大小鼠游泳实验的方法(强迫游泳、负重游泳、水迷宫等)、评价指标(不动时间、负重游泳时间、逃避潜伏期等)及模型大、小鼠生理生化的变化进行了综述,为进行抗抑郁、抗疲劳和益智药物的研究提供参考,本文还对计算机技术在大小鼠游泳实验中的应用作了简要的介绍。 This article is a review on the methods of swimming tests of mice and rats such as forced swimming, weight- loaded swimming, water maze, etc., indicatiors such as immobility duration, the swimming time, escape latency, etc., physiological and biochemical changes of mice and rats, the impact of swimming test of mice and rats in anti-depressive, anti- fatigue and cognitive-enhancing drugs research. This paper also gave a concise description of recent utilization of the computer techniques in the swimming test studies.
