摘要
浙江省是我国的主要产竹省,毛竹资源非常丰富。因此,大力开发竹材胶合板,以竹代木、以竹代塑、以竹代钢,振兴山区经济,就显得尤为重要。本文论述了竹材胶合板的生产工艺过程、特性、市场情况、投资概算,以及在浙江省开发利用的可能性和必要性。
Zhejiang is a mainly-produced bamboo province.It is very rich in bamboo resources.So it become special importance for developing bamboo plywood in place of timber substitute and plastic substitute and steel substitute.This paper deals with the processing procedure of bamboo plywood, its characteristics, market, invested calculation, possibility and necessity of bamboo plywood developing and utilizing in Zhejiang province. Bamboo plywood is a kind of board made by hot treatment, spreading, scraping, drying, glue spreading, assembling, hot pressing.The processing procedure is different with that of timber plywood and has the procedures of spliting, softing, spreading, scraping.The procedures of drying, glue spreading, assembling, hot pressing are the same like the making of timber plywood. As a new-style enginnering structural materials, the modulus of rupture of three-levels bamboo plywood is 113.3MPa, and the modulus of elasticity is 1.06×10~4MPa.Now, the plywood is mainly used as floor board of bus and train, and is experimenting as floor board and separating board in ship.It has a large requirment in market.The requirment is 105 thousand m^3 only for floor board of bus and train. It is estimated that the investiment for a bamboo plywood factory (with the productivity of 2000m^3/yr.) is 1.6 million Yuan, the total investiment is 2.5 million Yuan, and the profit is about
