摘要
介绍了电子商务常用的12种理论,包括计划行为理论、技术接受模型、交易费用经济学、不完全契约理论等,并在对这些理论进行比较分析的基础上,提出了电子商务信任问题研究的理论框架。
With the development of Electronic Commerce, both consumers and merchants on Internet are more and more concerning about the trust. The trust of Electronic Commerce has been studied deeply by many foreign scholars. As a new research field, it needs a basis of some theories. This paper introduced twelve theories, including theory of planned behavior, technology acceptance model,transaction cost economics, incomplete contract theory, and so on. On the basis of the introduction,the twelve theories were summarized. At last, a theoretical framework for the research was given.
