摘要
表征了改性聚醚砜耐温超滤膜及其组件的耐温性,并将此用于大豆分离蛋白提取液浓缩,考察了改性聚醚砜膜及装置对大豆提取液的超滤性能,并研究了膜清洗后其性能的可恢复性。结果表明,改性聚醚砜中空纤维超滤膜及其组件耐温性能较好,能在较高温度下长期运行使用。改性聚醚砜中空纤维超滤膜用于大豆蛋白提取液的浓缩其通量大、抗污染性能较好、膜的性能较易清洗恢复。经超滤浓缩后提取液的固形物浓度达到15.2%,可以直接用于喷粉。
The temperature-resistance of the modified poly(ether sulfone)membranes and modules are characterized. The liquid of soybean protein extracts was concentrated with modified poly( ether sulfone) UF membranes. The performance of uhrafiltration and their recovery, after cleaning were investigated. The results show that the modified poly(ether sulfone) membranes and modules have good temperature resistance, which can be used in high temperature uhrafiltration systems. The modified poly( ether sulfone) membranes and modules used in concentration of soybean protein extracts exhibit with high flux, good anti-fouling properties, and high recovery of membrane performance after cleaning. The solid content of concentrated feed increases to 15.2% after concentrating cycle, which can be directly transformed to soybean protein powders by the method of spray drying.
