摘要
以“电去离子(EDI)”为核心的集成水处理过程正日益成为纯水生产技术的主流,将对未来工业水处理产生深远影响本文介绍了EDI过程的去离子原理,分析并提出了过程的传质强化途径,回顾了EDI技术的研究发展历程与应用近况。此外,根据EDI的本质特点,说明了其不仅在超纯水制备领域具有重要应用价值,而且还可通过不同的膜与树脂的组合、以及在不同的工艺条件下实现多方面的优越分离性能,由此对EDI的进一步研究与发展进行了展望。
The integrated membrane process based on electrodeionization (EDI) technology is increasingly becoming the dominant choice for pure water production and will pose great impact on industrial waste water treatment in the future. Principle of the deionization and mass transfer enhancement are both introduced, and the research and development history and recent situation of application of the EDI are reviewed. Moreover, based on essential characteristics of the EDI, it is put forward that EDI not only can play a great role in the ultrapure water production, but also has various outstanding performance with different combination of ion exchange membranes and resins, and different operation conditions, therefore further development of the EDI is prospected.
