代谢车监测静息能量消耗对腹部外科患者营养支持的意义 被引量:3

The Role of Resting Energy Expenditure (REE) Measured with Critical Care Management system (CCM) in Patients with Abdominal Surgical Diseases

摘要 目的:研究腹部外科疾病患者的能量代谢特点,寻找合理的营养支持方案。方法:选取营养支持超过1周的患者33例。其中男15例,女18例;年龄21~78岁,平均年龄(55.42±13.40)岁。分别于营养支持第1天、第7天应用代谢车进行静息能量消耗(REE)的监测。结果:依据Harris-Benedict公式计算基础能量消耗(HBBEE)与代谢车测量实值比较,HBBEE较实测值高出约10%(P<0.05)。结论:代谢车指导的合理营养支持可以降低营养支持造价,应用代谢车动态监测患者的能量消耗更精确,可以更好地指导临床营养支持。 Objective: In order to investigate the feature of energy metabolism and the clinical effect of nutritional support in patients with abdominal surgical diseases. Methods: 33 patients underwent surgical procedure were selected into this clinical trial. The series includes 15 males and 18 females, range 21-78 years old with mean age of 55.42+13.40. The nutritional support started postoperatively 1 day and lasted for more than 7 days. At postoperative day 1 and 7, REE was measured with Critical Care Management system (CCM). Results: HBBEE were higher than the REE measured with CCM system by about 10% (P〈 0.05). Conclusion: The cost of the nutritional support directed by CCM was less than that of directed by HBBEE. REE measured dynamically with CCM is more accurate and can be adviced the clinical nutritional support well.
