对氧磷酯酶1与老年2型糖尿病患者血管并发症的关系研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨血清对氧磷酯酶1(PON1)活性与老年2型糖尿病(DM)及并发症的关系。方法以对氧磷为底物测定老年2型糖尿病各组患者及健康老年人血清PON1活性。结果2型糖尿病组患者与健康对照组老年人血清PON1活性间差别有显著性意义(P<0.01);老年2型糖尿病合并微血管病变组患者与老年2型糖尿病组患者血清PON1活性间差别有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论PON1活性在老年2型糖尿病及并发血管病变患者中均显著降低,提示PON1活性的降低参与了糖尿病血管并发症的发生。 Objective To study the relation between serum paraoxonase 1 ( PON1 ) activity and type 2 diabetes mellitus with vascular complications in the elderly, Methods Serum PON1 activity was measured by using paraoxonase as the substrate among the elderly with type 2 and the normal healthy people. Results PON1 activity was much lower in the elderly groups with type 2 diabetes mellitus than that of the controls [ ( 125. 14± 34. 22) IU/L vs ( 183.52 ±49.45 ) IU/L, P 〈0. 01 ] and PON1 activity was much lower in type 2 diabetic patients combined with macroangiopathy and microangiopathy [ (94.49 ± 28. 87 ) IU/L and (93.26±26. 81 ) IU/L3 than that of the simple type 2 diabetic patients ( P 〈0. 01 ). Serum PON1 activity was much lower in the elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and diabetic vascular complications. Conclusion The lower serunl PON1 activity may play a role in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and diabetic vascular complications.
