摘要
为了研究高温自润滑材料的润滑膜形成机理及条件,基于销-盘滑动试验机的加载范围,设计了一种控制摩擦加载过程稳定性柔性加载模糊控制器系统,并考虑到外界干扰的影响,对这一模糊控制器的压力曲线进行了计算机仿真.与传统P ID控制方案相比,采用模糊控制的柔性加载系统的稳定性提高了2/3,表现出良好的自趋稳定性和高的稳态控制精度.
For studying the forming condition and mechanism of self-lubrication film of materials at elevated temperature,a fuzzy controller has been designed and used in a flexible loading system of friction-testing process. Based on the loading range of pin-disk tester and computer programe of the controlling systems ,effects of external disturbing on precision of loading system have been analyzed by simulating chart. The result shows that the fuzzy controller can make the loading system reduce the undulation of stable pressure to 1/3 and obtain higher precision and better anti-jamming property than those by PID controller.
