摘要 本文介绍了益生菌的定义,健康功能和在食品工业中的应用。随着食品工业的发展和消费观念的变化,使用益生菌的概念开发新产品,拓宽益生菌的应用面,促进我国食品工业的发展和人民的健康。 this paper Introduced a definition, healthy functions and application of probiotics in food industry. With the advancement of the food industry and changes in consumer behavior, this paper also discussed new food product development using probiotics for the advancement of the food industry and the improvement of public health.
