摘要
木制家具的质量控制应从家具产品形成的全过程入手,设计阶段做好事前控制,保证功能造型,结构用材的安全合理性;生产环节完善施工工艺做好产品质量形成的事中控制;检验环节严格执行产品质量标准,杜绝各类安全隐患,做到事后把关。
Quality control of wood furniture should start with the whole process of furniture production,Firstly,it should be controlled at design phase in advance, to ensure function and model, and security and rationality of structure materials. Secondly, it should be controlled to perfect technology and production quality. Finally, in test phase, the production quality standard should be at production phase enforced strictly to stop various hidden troubles.
