摘要 微反应器在传质、传热、恒温等性能方面的表现都明显优于传统反应器,小尺寸、较大的面积体积比、规整的微通道使它便于运输又安全快捷。本文就微反应器的设计、制造、原理和放大等一系列问题的研究现状进行了总结和概括,并对它的应用前景进行了展望。 Microreactors have three major advantages : constant temperature, excellent heat and mass transfer properties compared with conventional counterparts. They react quickly and are easy to carry due to smaller lengths, higher surface-to-volume ratios and regular microchannels. This paper summarizes a series of the problems, including design, manufacture, principle and scale-up of microreactors. Moreover, we studies its prospect of application in the future.
