摘要
通过对塑料模使用过程中表面高温冲蚀-氧化机理的研究,得出造成模具尺寸精度下降和表面粗糙度值提高的原因,提出提高塑料模具抗高温冲蚀-氧化现象的措施。实践证明,这些措施能有效消除由于高温冲蚀-氧化现象产生的模具磨损现象,从而提高了产品质量和模具寿命。
In this paper, the methods have been found out to improve the resistance for the high temperature erosion-oxidation of plastic dies through the research for the reason of erosion-oxidation of dies surface that causes the invalidation of dies. These methods have been proved very effective in the actual production to eliminate the high temperature erosion-oxidation effect, to extend the lifetime of dies and to improve the quality of products.
