The radical reason of mechanic seal failure of thermal-oil pump is that the end-temperature of friction couple is over-heat after cooling system has scale deposit. By using the methods such as soft water jacket cooling and static loop back cooling, it can lower the end-temperature of friction couple to solve the problem.
