摘要 SERCOS-III是SERCOS总线技术发展的最新阶段。它摒弃了SERCOS传统的光纤传输方式,而是采用工业以太网的传输方式,SERCOSIII将SERCOS总线技术的优越性和工业以太网的经济性完美的结合在一起。netX通信控制器的成功开发使数控系统通过SERCOS-III总线技术控制伺服驱动单元成为可能。基于SERCOS-III总线实现控制器与伺服驱动单元的互连已成为开放式数控系统发展的新趋势。文章在介绍SERCOS-III和netX通信控制器基本结构和功能的基础上,详细探讨了伺服驱动单元SERCOS-III总线接口的硬件组成和软件实现。 SERCOS-Ⅲ is the new stage of SERCOS. It does not take the SERCOS traditional conununication mechanism--optic fiber communication mechanism, but takes the Ethernet conununication mechanism. SERCOS-Ⅲ combines the proven mechanisms and properties of the SERCOS with economy of the Ethernet. With the successful developing of netX controller, it makes CNC system can control servo drive unit by SERCOS--Ⅲ. The interconnection between controller and servo through SERCOS-Ⅲ bus becomes a new trend of Opening CNC System. The article introduces basic structures and functions of SERCOS-Ⅲ and “netX” communication controller, and specifies the implementation of the hardware structure and the software structure of a new interface based on SERCOS-Ⅲ
