新型顺混流粮食干燥工艺的研究设计 被引量:3

摘要 首次对顺混流干燥机的组合工艺特点、结构特点及干燥原理进行了详细分析与论述,提出了东北三省和内蒙一区低温高水分粮食干燥采用三级顺流干燥、混流干燥、四级缓苏的顺混流多级组合干燥工艺的理想方案,优化了顺混流干燥工艺的组合方式和工艺参数,设计了HSHT15型顺混流干燥机。 A detailed analysis and description is given in the technological characteristice, structural features and principle of con- current & cross- flow dryers for the first time. And an ideal plan on drying high moisture grain in the northeast three provinces and Inner Mongolia in China was put forword. That is the conbination drying of co - current drying, cross - flow drying and tempering. By optimizing the style of combination and technological parameter of the drying process, HSHT15 con- current & cross-flow dryers is designed.
