摘要
NO3-的含量是衡量地下水是否受污染的重要标志之一,地下水污染是影响环境保护的重要因素。受污染的地下水中的NO3-是微生物氧化作用的产物。长期在水、土壤、食物中积累的硝酸盐在细菌的还原酶作用下,经过了一系列的水化学反应生成亚硝酸盐,引起水环境恶化,严重影响着人们的健康状况。
The content of NO3^- is an important indication to measure if ground water is polluted. And whether ground water is polluted is the important factor of environment protection. NO3^- in ground water is the outcome of oxygenation of microorganism. After a series of reaction, the nitrate accumulated in water, soil and food changed into nitrite by the action of microorganism reductase. It cause deterioration of water environment and affect health of human beings.
