多孔矿化骨Bio-Oss和胶原膜Bio-Gide治疗牙周骨缺损的临床研究 被引量:16

摘要 目的:观察评价运用多孔矿化骨B io-Oss和胶原膜B io-G ide治疗牙周骨缺损的疗效。方法:选择15例无全身系统性疾病,经过牙周基础治疗的垂直性骨吸收的牙周骨缺损患者,其中10例16个牙位经牙周翻瓣术同时在骨缺损区植入B io-Oss并放置B io-G ide为治疗组,5例10个牙位经牙周翻瓣术为对照组,并于术后1,3,6个月回访,通过临床检查及X组检查评定疗效。结果:对照组使牙周袋变浅或消除,而治疗组附着水平增加,骨缺损区新骨形成。结论:B io-Oss和B io-G ide对治疗垂直性骨吸收的牙周骨缺损,可使其获得包括牙骨质、牙周韧带、骨在内的完整牙周再生。 Objective: To evaluate and assess the clinical effect of treating periodontal osseous defect with Bio -Oss and Bio- Gide. Methods: 15 patients without systemic disease, but with vertical resorption osseous defect who had been treated through initical therapy were selected. Bio - Oss and Bio - Gide were applied to 10 patients of 16 teeth where the bone defect area accepted flap surgery (treatment site) ; 5 patients of 10 teeth were set to control group (contract site). Clinical examination and X -ray flims were taken after 1 month, 3 months and 6 months. Results: Contract site made pocket depth reduction or disappear. Treatment site made attachment lever increase, new bone formed in osseous defects area. Conclution: Bio- Oss and Bio- Gide treated periodontal vertical resorption osseous defects could gain integrated periodontal regeneration which included cemant, periodontal ligament and bone.
