摘要
目的:观察研究正常人群的下颌运动轨迹及范围。方法:利用K6-Ⅰ评价系统观测记录21例正常人群作最大开口、闭口、最大前伸、左右侧方运动时下颌切点运动轨迹。结果:18例观察对象的开闭口运动轨迹吻合,3例分离;69%人群开口型向左侧偏斜,24%向右侧偏斜;正常人群最大张口度为(44.8±4.4)mm,前伸范围(11.2±6.2)mm,左右侧方运动范围无显著性差异。结论:大多数无症状人群的下颌运动轨迹向左侧偏斜,开闭口轨迹基本吻合,左右运动范围无显著性差异。
Objective: To investigate mandible movement route and range in normal person. Methods: Jaw tracking of 21 individuals was recorded with K6 - 1 system when they performed open, close, protrusion and lateral movement. Results: The track of open and close were inosculated in 18 individuals, and separated in 3 individuals; The mandible deflected to left when opening in 69% individuals, and to right in 24% individuals; The maximal mouth open was (44.8 ± 4.4)mm, protrusion was ( 11.2 ± 6.2) mm, and no significant difference was found in lateral movement. Conclusion: Jaw tracking deflects to left and inosculated when opening and closing for most persons, there is no significant difference between left and right movement.
