摘要
采用对比试验的研究方法,按照污垢热阻的离线测量模型,研究了由析晶污垢和微粒污垢构成的混合污垢的结垢特性。试验结果表明,换热管内循环水的流速、温度以及微粒直径和浓度对混合污垢有不同的影响。
The scaling characteristics of the composite fouling of particulate fouling and crystallization fouling were studied based on the off-line measuring model of the fouling heat resistance using a comparative test method. The result shows that there were various influences of the speeds, temperatures, sizes and concentrations of particles on the composite fouling in the circulating water in the heat exchange tubes.
