摘要 目的建立一种操作简便、高效的测定血浆中去甲肾上腺素(NA)、肾上腺素(AD)、的方法,为有关药物作用机制的研究提供实验手段.方法以有机溶剂提取,高效液相色谱-电化学检测器(HPLC-EC)测定大鼠血浆NA、AD的含量.结果测得NA、AD的绝对回收率分别为:86.3±11.6%,88.5±16.3%.线性范围0.04~4ng,批内与批间变异系数分别小于6%及7%.结论该方法具有简便、迅速、回收率较高的特点,便于应用. Objective A convenient, sensitive method was developed for the simultaneous assay of catecholamines, in rat plasma. The means of studying for mechanism of relative action drugs were supplied. Methods The contents of NA, AD were determined by organic solvent extraction and reverse -phase high-performance liquid chromatography with eletrochemical detection. Results The absolute recovery of NA,AD is 86, 3 ± 11.6% ( NA), 88.5 ± 16.3% (AD) . The liner range is O. 04-4ng. The coefficient of variation are less than 8% (within-run) or 10% (between-run). Conclusions The method is simple, rapid, and the absolute recovery is relatively well. It is convenient to utilization.
