摘要 虚拟手术中软组织三维重建及显示技术的应用可以辅助医生对病变体及周围组织进行分析,从而减小手术损伤,提高肿瘤定位精度与手术成功率。本文介绍了软组织重建整体过程的基础理论与关键技术,对近几年国内外在软组织重建各方面的研究成果进行了概括总结,系统、全面的阐述该研究的一般过程。 The 3D reconstruction of the soft tissue in the virtual surgery may help doctors to analyse the tumour and its ambient tissue, decrease damnification in the surgery, and improve the precision of orientation to tumour and the efficiency of operation. The theory and key techniques of 3D reconstruction of the soft tissue are introduced in this paper, and the recent development is also discussed.
