摘要
某发射装置锁制器用3Cr13钢弹簧片在装配一段时间后发生断裂。对断裂件进行了化学成分分析、金相组织观察、硬度测试以及断口的宏、微观形貌观察。确认3Cr13钢弹簧片断裂是由于钝化处理后造成吸氢,使其产生氢脆现象;同时该断裂件硬度高于设计要求,则有加快其氢脆倾向,并在外应力作用下导致断裂。提出了建议。
3Crl 3 steel shrapnal of the lock-apparatus of certain electropult fails after length of assemblage. A study was conducted for the fracture analysis by means of chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, hardness testing and SEM. It was found that the brittle fracture of the shrapnel had been damage by hydrogen due to accessory shsorb hydrogen after passiyation treatment. Hardness hyper-desigen request, expedite brittle tendency. According to experiment result, measures to prevent such failure have been suggested
