摘要
通过SEM、EDS等手段,研究了GFN i01、GFN i02、GFN i03三种镍基自熔性合金粉末氧乙炔火焰喷焊层的组织、表面硬度及喷焊层的维氏硬度分布.结果表明,喷焊层中强化相质点分布较为均匀.喷焊层与基材界面的硬度呈梯度分布,GFN i03喷焊层硬度最高.喷焊层与基材界面处明显存在合金元素的扩散.
The microstructure, surface hardness, hardness distribute of Nickel-based self-fluxing alloy powder(GFNi01, GFNi02, GFNi03 ) Oxy-acetylene flame spray-weld layer through are studied under SEM, EDS etc. Experinrental results show that the strengthening phases are welldistributed, and the hardness grads of interface from spraying layer to base-metal is investigated. The highest hardness value of exists in the layer,and obvious diffusion of alloy elements is found at the interface.
