摘要
测定了ZG42CrMo无缺陷Y型试块试样与含缩孔缩松区的L型模拟试块缩孔周围缩松区试样疲劳裂纹扩展速率.对试样进行了裂纹追踪观察,揭示了缩松区疲劳裂纹超前延伸、接替扩展、彼此连接的扩展特征.用能量观点阐明了缩松区延缓疲劳裂纹扩展的物理本质.
The fatigue crack propagating rates of ZG42CrMo Y-type blocks and the porosity areas in the vicinity of the shrink holes of L-type modeling blocks were measured. In the process of above tests, the tracing observation at the tip of fatigue cracks has been made. In the porosity area, the fatigue crack propagating features that fatigue cracks elongate in advance of themselves with a discontinuous form, succeed propagation and connect one another was revealed for the first time. The Physical nature that the fatigue crack propagating rate is slowed down in the Porosity area was expounded using the energy viewpoint.
